We’ll work with you to determine the root cause. You may need to correct and resubmit your data file or we may have a misunderstanding of your data elements. Regardless, contact us and we’ll work together to get it right.

A user forgot their password. What can I do?

Most users will use the single sign-on portal for their institution, so we don’t need to maintain our own list of passwords. However, a designated person should have full administrative rights within the tool to grant permissions to view reports and grant user access. Check with this person to make sure your account is allowing access to reports.
